Responding to an appeal by WB Jonty Powis SLGR ( Chairman of the Management for City of Derby Sea Cadets and Ex-Navy Officer), WB Danny Brown (Worshipful Master of Littleover Lodge 9565) was pleased to offer support to the City of Derby Sea Cadets on behalf of his Lodge.
This worthy organisation is seeing a resurgence in interest recently in their Derby Headquarters (TS Kenya) but were in need of assistance in their urgent appeal to raise funds for a replacement mini bus.
A cheque for £325 was presented to WB Powis at the Littleover meeting on 6th July at Derby Masonic Hall which was well received and will assist them to achieve their goal.
